*Garment Sizing. Please note that we print your design on the specific garment sizes you order. Due to variations in sizing between manufacturers and styles, we cannot be held responsible if a garment does not fit.
*Computer screen colors to print ink colors. Please be aware that due to variations in monitor settings, the colors displayed in the online art approval may not perfectly match the actual ink or thread colors that will be screen-printed on your garments. INKSPACE cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies between your monitor’s display and the final ink or thread colors.
*Your Confirmation of Invoice Details including item details, colors, quantity, price, etc. Please review your invoice carefully for accuracy. Your approval of the invoice will serve as confirmation that you have reviewed it and that it is correct as presented.
*Your Confirmation of Proof Details including spelling, design, etc. Please note that we consider you the expert on your own design, artwork, and logo. Your approval of the proof signifies that you have thoroughly reviewed it and are satisfied with its appearance. While we will do our best to catch any spelling errors, we cannot guarantee that we will find them all.
*Payment. We offer several convenient payment options including cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay at no additional fee. For credit card transactions, a 3% processing fee will be applied to the total amount. Full payment is due upon receiving of your completed order. For invoices exceeding $1,000, a 50% deposit is required before production begins. In some cases, half or full payment may be requested in advance to start the order process regardless of the total cost of the invoice.
*Inspect. Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery or pick up. Any claims for defected or missing items must be submitted within 5 days of the order completion date.
